A research tool developed by Lulfand and Ingham in 1995.  It is used to help people better understand themselves and their interpersonal communication and relationships.  
The Name is a combination of the first names of the creators, Joe and Harry. The model is used to help people understand themselves, became more aware of themselves, assist personal development and improve interpersonal, and group relationships.
