Nobody can afford to loose their people. In a time of global uncertainty, employees are a firm’s greatest asset. Concerns about job uncertainty – especially in businesses which deal with the US are likely to ensue. Staff, without a doubt, are nervous as companies reduce staff sizes to keep profits in line with yearly targets. However, on a more personal level, personal investments and personal shares have been decreasing in value as share prices plummet.
