The reality is that this problem cannot be rectified until the manager first identifies its cause.

U.R.O.B’s and the commercial impact on the bottom line

UROB’s stands for ‘Unofficial Rules Of Business’.  These are undocumented ways in which a company operates.  Do I have to wear a tie if I visit with clients?  Can I email the MD if I have a query on company policy?  Am I allowed to introduce a relative into the organization? Many UROB's will directly impact the bottom line and your customer's experience in doing business with your company.
