Many conventional beliefs and mindsets subscribe to the concept that men are better managers than women when it comes to managing the workforce.  Is this true, or is it just another management myth?

Emotional Management at Work

Much has been written about Emotional Intelligence at work, and E.I. itself has become for many Managers a critical mechanism for managing their people.  Even recruitment processes are now taking into account an applicant’s E.I. and attitude and considering the number of employees who are considering leaving their current place of employment (one U.S. survey puts the figure at 47%), this makes really good business sense.
